This detached, Canarian-style holiday house is located at the edge of La Caldera, a unique nature reserve. The house is a quiet and windless area. It has 2 bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a cozy living room with sofa and armchairs, 2 bathrooms and both an open and a covered, furnished terrace. The comfortably furnished house is equipped with paintings of the owner, the artist Hagen Westphal.
Locatie
Located on a slope, in a windless area at the edge of La Caldera, a unique nature reserve. The area enjoys among the most sun hours on the island. The bus station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. By car it takes only 10 to 15 minutes to reach the beaches. The island and particularly this area is especially suitable for hikers.
Uitzicht
Direct and unblocked view on both the sea and the mountains. Enjoy the sunsets over the sea from the terraces.
Buitenfaciliteiten
The nearest beaches can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes by car. The central bus station in Los Llanos is only 1200 meters away. Downtown Los Llanos is also within walking distance. The house is conveniently located and quiet at the same time.
Extra's
Surrounding the house there is a big sun terrace and in a lower level a covered terrace, equipped with wooden furniture, wicker chairs, sunloungers and parasol. Subtropical garden with an artist-designed barbecue area, exotic plants and art objects. The holiday house has its own parking on the property.

La Caldera de Taburiente is the highest vertical crater in the world (9 km in diameter), giving shape to a unique national park of the same name. It is THE destination for hikers. A world of its own with unique views and insights into the fantastic nature of La Palma. The holiday house "Casa-Zilpzalp" borders directly on this nature reserve. In addition, the island has got multiple micro climates, ranging from volcano landscapes to laurel forests (UNESCO Biosphere Reserves). It is ideal for hikers.

The house has two bedrooms with double beds and spacious wardrobes. The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom.

Satellite TV with HDMI and USB. spanish TV, radio / CD / cassette player, games and books are available. For cooler days there is a mobile radiator, to enjoy the evenings on the cozy sofa and armchairs around an originally designed wooden table.
Keuken
The house has a fully equipped kitchen. Ceramic hob with 4 burners, oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and freezer. Get some fresh ingredients from the local farmer’s market on Sunday morning to get along or simply enjoy the local restaurants.
Badkamer
The in-suite bathroom has a small bathtub while the other bathroom is equipped with a shower. A washing mashine and hair dryer are at your disposal.
Overig
Beth clothes and towels are provided. Iron and ironing board are available as well. Finally. the house also has a safe for your most precious belongings.

50 % up to 8 days before arrival
90 % from 7 days to 1 day before arrival
100 % for cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show
