The Casa Mario is situated on a 4.300 sqm property in a quiet environment in Las Norias on the sunny west side of La Palma. The closeness to the Atlantic Ocean guarantees a particularly mild climate, especially during the winter months. The popular seaside village of Puerto Naos is about 12 minutes by car. Puerto Naos has shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bike station, a diving center and a paragliding station.

The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. Guests of the house have from the living room access to the terrace, furnished with a table, chairs and an umbrella. The adjoining pool deck is equipped with six sun loungers and a 4,80 m x 6,50 m large solar heated swimming pool. Parking spaces are located directly at the property.

Slaapkamer

The bungalow consists of three bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe, desk and access to the garden and the terrace. Another with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The third bedroom has two twin beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), a bedside table, a bedside lamp, a wardrobe, a desk and access to the garden and the terrace.

Woonkamer

The villa offers a spacious living area with comfortable sofa area, flat screen and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Provided for the electronic entertainment is W-Lan, satellite TV and a stereo system.

Keuken

Modern, integrated kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, oven, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer and dining table with 6 chairs.

Badkamer

The house consists of two bathrooms, both with shower, bidet, WC and hair dryer.

Overig

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
