The Casa Marita is situated on a 1.000 sqm property in a quiet environment above the village Puerto Naos on the sunny west side of La Palma. The closeness to the Atlantic Ocean guarantees a particularly mild climate, especially during the winter months. The popular bay of Charco Verde is about 8 minutes by car. Fuencaliente and Los Llanos can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Los Llanos and Fuencaliente have shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. The Caldera de Taburiente is about 25 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 35 minutes by car.

The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. Guests of the house have from the kitchen access to the terrace, furnished with a table, chairs and an umbrella. The adjoining pool deck is equipped with six sun loungers and a 4 m x 9 m large swimming pool. A Weber-barbecue is available for barbecue evenings. A garage parking space underneath the house is provided.

Slaapkamer

The house consists of three bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe and access to the terrace. Another with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe and access into the garden. The third bedroom has two twin beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), a bedside table, a bedside lamp and a wardrobe.

Woonkamer

The house offers a spacious living area with comfortable sofa area, armchair flat screen with satellite and German television and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Keuken

Modern, integrated kitchen with ceramic stove (3 hobs), extractor hood, oven, dish washer, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer and dining table with 6 chairs.

Badkamer

The house consists of two bathrooms. One bathroom with shower, bidet, WC and hair dryer, the other with shower and WC.

Overig

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.



Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.



Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
