Locatie

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood above Las Norias on the southern edge of the lava field. It is easily accessible via two well-maintained roads. The lava field is not significantly visible due to the gardens and the neighbouring natural flora. A bus stop and a restaurant can be reached on foot in approximately 5 minutes. Puerto Naos and the beach is in 8 minutes, the popular bay of Charco Verde is about 12 minutes by car, the beach of Tazacorte in 15 minutes. Fuencaliente and Los Llanos can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Los Llanos, Puerto Naos and Fuencaliente has shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. The Caldera de Taburiente is about 25 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 35 minutes by car.

The apartment has a 12 sqm terrace furnished with a table, two chairs and two sun loungers. An awning provides shade on hot days. The 3.000 sqm, exotic garden offers a 30 sqm terrace with a large parasol, table and benches as well as a barbecue, which is available to guests of the apartments for communal use. A car park is right next to the house.

Slaapkamer

The bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm each) that are set up as a double bed with high-quality mattresses, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a large wardrobe, a small safe and access to the bathroom. The third person is accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. Cot, chail, playpen as desired.

Woonkamer

The bright living room with direct access to the terrace has a sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a flat screen with satellite TV with German and English TV channels, Spanish television, DVD player, music system with radio and CD player and a dining table with four chairs as well as air conditioning with hot/cold function.

Keuken

Integrated kitchenette with ceramic stove (four hobs and oven), fridge with freezer compartment, microwave coffee machine, toaster and water kettle.

Badkamer

The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and will be changed weekly. Beach blankets are available. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 10 am. The German, English, Russian and Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
