The company was founded by Michael Nguyen, who lives since 1992 on La Palma, his wife Heidrun Schumann (on the island since 1993), Volker Horch and Gladys Riego. Since August 2018, Ayoze San Juan Cruz has been co-owner of the company. The focus is always on the individual holiday requirements of the La Palma vacationers, so that everyone finds its suitable "home" for their stay on the island.
