Location
As the name suggests, this apartment of approx. 85 sqm is located right by the sea, in a well-maintained apartment building just a few metres from the beach in Puerto Tazacorte. Known for having the most sunshine hours per year. Not too cold in winter and not too hot in summer, thanks to the sea breeze. Within walking distance, in the village, you will find a small supermarket, pharmacy, several cafés and restaurants serving delicious local specialities and pizzas. The bus stop is in the immediate neighbourhood.

From the balcony you have a fantastic, unobstructed view of the expansive beach and the Atlantic Ocean with its impressive wave spectacle. The beach is divided into different sections: a particularly calm zone with low waves, a wide beach area and a nudist section.
Outdoor facilities
The furnishings are upscale and elegant, with great attention to detail and very well maintained. The modern kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter and offers everything you need for self-catering. One bedroom faces the front with access to the balcony and a direct view of the sea from the bed. The second bedroom at the rear of the apartment has access to the patio. The double beds are equipped with good mattresses and duvets for a restful sleep. The bathroom offers both a shower cabin and a bathtub.

Parking is no problem. A parking space in the underground garage is available for you. The lift takes you straight to your front door.
