The holiday complex El Poleal consists of 4 residential units and is located in a quiet environment in Todoque on the sunny west side of the island. In front of the apartment is a covered, furnished terrace with view at the Atlantic Ocean. The separate located swimming pool is available to the guests of the complex for shared use. The accommodation is equipped with double-glazed windows and can accommodate up of 4 persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop.
Location
The holiday complex is situated on a well-kept garden in a quiet environment in Todoque on the sunny west side of La Palma. Los Llanos is reachable in about 12 minutes by car and has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. The popular bay of Charco Verde is within 12 minutes by car.

Outdoor facilities
In front of the apartment is the covered terrace with privacy screen, furnished with a table, four chairs, two sun loungers and a parasol. The pool deck with sun loungers, outdoor showers and the 6 m x 3 m large swimming pool is available to the guests of the complex for shared use. A room for bicycle storage is provided to the guests of the complex. A parking space is located directly at the accommodation.

Bedroom
The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables and built-in wardrobe. The other has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), a bedside table and built-in wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Bright and cozy living room with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, satellite, German and Spanish TV, dining table with four chairs and access to the terrace.
Kitchen
Integrated kitchenette with ceramic hob (2 plates), extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, water kettle and toaster.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge upon prior request. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 11 am. The German, English, Spanish and Italian speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
