The detached holiday house Villa Paula consists of a main house and a guest house. The main house has approximately 70 sqm of living space, is comfortably furnished and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with sofas, satellite TV and dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom and a furnished terrace. The guest house has approximately 40 sqm of living space and consists of a bedroom, a living room with dining area and kitchenette, a bathroom and a small terrace with sun loungers and is provided for a number of minimum 5 persons. Guests of the Villa have from the outdoor area with swimming pool (4 x 8 m, heated with extra charge), lawns, outdoor shower and garden furniture a beautiful view at the Atlantic Ocean.
Location
Located below the village La Punta, the beach of Tazacorte is within 15 minutes, the nearest supermarket about 5 minutes by car.

Outdoor facilities
The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden with ornamental plants and palm trees as well as a heated swimming pool (4 x 8 m) with sunbathing area, sun loungers, outdoor shower and umbrella. Both buildings also have terraces with wooden furniture, sun loungers and umbrellas. A barbecue area and a parking lot next to the house are also available.

Bedroom
One bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 180 cm, spring core matrasses) and one bedroom with two twin beds (each 80 cm x 190 cm, spring core matrasses) in the main house. A third bedroom with two twin beds (each 80 cm x 190 cm, spring core matrasses) is provided in the guest house.
Living room
Two comfortable 2-seater sofas with satellite TV and a dining area for 4 persons. The living room in the guest house consists of a sofa, an armchair and satellite TV, a dining table for 2 persons.
Kitchen
Kitchen with hatch to the living room, equipped with ceramic stove (3 hobs), oven, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender and microwave. The guest house has its own kitchen with ceramic stove (2 hobs), toaster, coffee machine and microwave.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower (with massage seat) and WC. The guest house has another bathroom with shower and WC.
Others
Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week.
Smoking is just allowed in the outside area. A cot and a high chair will be provided free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
