The apartment Pintada 5 is a modern maisonette in the popular seaside resort of Puerto Naos. On the lower floor, there are the living room with a dining area, an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. There, you will find a small gallery with a bed and access to the furnished rooftop terrace.
Location
The apartment is located on a residential street in the upper part of Puerto Naos in the El Roque district. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. In the beach town, you will find shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bus stop, a bike station, a diving center, and a paragliding station. The beach promenade invites you for a sunset walk.

On the large rooftop terrace, guests have access to a seating area with lounge furniture, two sun loungers, and an umbrella. A table with four chairs is located under a pergola, providing shade on hot days.

A bedroom with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm) that can be arranged as a double bed. A small gallery with a single bed (80 cm x 190 cm) is located at the access to the rooftop terrace.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV, as well as German and Spanish television, and a dining table and four chairs.
Kitchen
Open, well-equipped kitchenette with a ceramic stove (2 hobs), extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and breakfast bar with 3 stools.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer.

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Smoking in the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in from 3:30 pm, check out until 10 am.

Wir haben vor Ort mit Celia alle aufkommenden Punkte unmittelbar besprochen, in der Regel per WhatsApp und einmal persönlich. Es wurde alles schnellstmöglich erledigt. Celia ist eine sehr nette und freundliche sowie hilfsbereite Señora.
Schöne Ferienwohnung mit wunderschöner Dach-Terrasse. Toller Blick in die Berge und auf das Meer. Das Haus liegt im schönsten Viertel von Puerto Naos. Wir haben die gut ausgestattete Dachterrasse genossen und können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Die Vermieterin ist so aufmerksam und immer erreichbar. Danke dafür
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage, deshalb waren wir das zweite Mal hintereinander hier. Das Herzstück ist die große Dachterrasse mit absoluter Sonnenlage und Blick auf Puerto Naos und das Meer. Wir haben hier alle Mahlzeiten und die abendliche Stimmung genossen. Auch die Nähe zum Zentrum mit den Restaurants und den Supermärkten war gut. Immer gab es einen freien Parktplatz unmittelbar vor dem Appartementhaus. Das Appartement Nr. 5 ist allerdings für gehbehinderte aufgrund der Wendeltreppe auf die Dachterrasse nicht so geeignet. In dem Appartement fehlte uns lediglich ein kleiner Staubsauger, da man mit dem vorhandenen Besen den sich ansammelnden Staub, Fusseln etc. nur bedingt aufnehmen konnte. Hiermit würde man auch die vielen kleinen Tierchen, die wohl in jedem Haus in Pureto Naos zu finden sind, besser beseitigen können. Unabhängig davon würden wir die Wohnung jedoch immer wieder buchen. Leider war sie für den entsprechenden Zeitraum 2018 schon ausgebucht.
