Casa Montemar is situated in a quiet and beautiful slope on a 3000 sqm property below the village Todoque, at the end of a blind alley. Los Llanos and the beaches of Puerto Naos or Tazacorte can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. The house is located in the best climatic zone of La Palma.

Outdoor facilities

Casa Montemar is situated on a 3000 sqm large, partly natural property and divided over several levels with natural stone walls and stairs. It is equipped with a swimming pool (5 m x 9 m, 0,4% salinity) with outdoor shower and a furnished terrace with sun loungers, and guests have from there a beautiful view at the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.

Bedroom

Two bedrooms, one of them has a double bed (two spring core mattresses, each 90 cm x 200 cm), the other one has a double bed (two spring core mattresses, each 100 cm x 200 cm).

The comfortable living room has a seating area with satellite TV, DVD-player and fireplace.

Kitchen

The open kitchen has a gas stove with four flames and oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster and a water kettle.

Bathroom

The house has two bathrooms and a separate guests WC. One bathroom has a bathtub, WC and hairdryer. The other bathroom has a shower, WC and bidet.

Others

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed on the tenth day for stays of 21 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
