The house Casa Erika is situated in a quiet environment below the village of Las Manchas on the west side of La Palma. Los Llanos is reachable in about 12 minutes by car and has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. The beach of Puerto Naos is within 10 minutes by car; the popular bay of Charco Verde with its beach about 12 minutes.

Casa Erika is surrounded by a garden. In front of the house is a large, furnished terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Below the house, accessible to all residents of the complex, is a swimming pool (12 m x 4 m) for communal use.

Slaapkamer

The house has four bedrooms. Two bedrooms with a double bed (each 150 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe and bedside tables with bedside lamps; one with two single beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm) wardrobe and bedside tables with bedside lamps and the fourth one with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm).

Woonkamer

The large, open living room has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, German TV, a shelf with books, a gas oven and a dining table with 6 chairs.

Keuken

The integrated, well-equipped kitchen has a ceramic stove, an oven, a dish washer, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster..

Badkamer

The house has a modern bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. Outside of the house is another bathroom with shower and WC.

Overig

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. Children with an age less than two years stay all year round free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years up to 12 years pay 5,- Euro per day. A cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! The cleaning staff may need access to the house at 9.30 am on the day of departure.
