Description of this accommodation

The holiday house Casa Erika has approximately 140 sqm of living space and is situated on a property together with three other houses, which are separated by a garden, in a quiet environment below the village of Las Manchas on the west side of La Palma. It is suitable for up to 8 persons and consists of four bedrooms, a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Outside of the house is another bathroom with shower and WC. Below the house, accessible to all residents of the houses for communal use, is a swimming pool (12 m x 4 m). Friends or families can spend here comfortable vacation.

Location

The house Casa Erika is situated in a quiet environment below the village of Las Manchas on the west side of La Palma. Los Llanos is reachable in about 12 minutes by car and has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. The beach of Puerto Naos is within 10 minutes by car; the popular bay of Charco Verde with its beach about 12 minutes.

Outdoor facilities

Casa Erika is surrounded by a garden. In front of the house is a large, furnished terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Below the house, accessible to all residents of the complex, is a swimming pool (12 m x 4 m) for communal use.

Bedroom

The house has four bedrooms. Two bedrooms with a double bed (each 150 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe and bedside tables with bedside lamps; one with two single beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm) wardrobe and bedside tables with bedside lamps and the fourth one with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm).

Living room

The large, open living room has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, German TV, a shelf with books, a gas oven and a dining table with 6 chairs.

Kitchen

The integrated, well-equipped kitchen has a ceramic stove, an oven, a dish washer, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster..

Bathroom

The house has a modern bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. Outside of the house is another bathroom with shower and WC.

Others

The owner of this accommodation has a rental car company on La Palma and therefore he rent his accommodation only in connection with a rental car. For this reason, in case that you request this accommodation you will receive in automatically a rental car offer. Towels and bed linen are provided and will be changed once a week. Cot and high chair are provided on request. Children with an age less than two years stay all year round free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years up to 12 years pay 5,- Euros per day. The cleaning staff may need access to the house on the day of departure at 9:30 am.
