The holiday home Casa Hoyo is a cozy, modern furnished holiday house with approximately 70 sqm of living space and is situated on a plot of land with three other houses, which are separated by a garden, in a quiet environment below the village of Las Manchas on the west side of La Palma. It is suitable for up to 2 persons and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a furnished terrace. Below the house, accessible to all residents of the houses, is a swimming pool (12 m x 4 m).
Locatie
The house Casa Hoyo is situated in a quiet environment below the village of Las Manchas on the west side of La Palma. Los Llanos is reachable in about 12 minutes by car and has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. The beach of Puerto Naos is within 10 minutes by car; the popular bay of Charco Verde with its beach about 12 minutes.

Casa Hoyo is surrounded by a garden. In front of the house is a furnished terrace which is equipped with a table, two chairs and two sun loungers. Below the house, accessible to all residents of the houses, is a swimming pool (12 m x 4 m).

Modern, very well equipped kitchen with gas stove (4 flames), extractor hood, oven, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, microwave, dining table with 4 chairs and access to the terrace.

Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
Overig
The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. Children with an age less than two years stay all year round free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years up to 12 years pay 5,- Euro per day. A cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! The cleaning staff may need access to the house at 9.30 am on the day of departure.

Das Haus hat alles was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt mit Selbstverpflegung auf La Palma braucht, bis auf eine Kleinigkeit: Bei Urlaub im Februar sind die Nächte in dieser Höhenlage doch ziemlich kalt, so daß eine kleine E-Heizung sehr empfehlenswert ist. Ansonsten ist der Garten mit der Klasseaussicht hervorzuheben.
