Finca Laguna II

Locatie

The Finca Laguna II is situated in a quiet environment in the village of La Laguna on the west side of La Palma. A bus stop, a small supermarket and a restaurant can be reached in about 10 minutes by walk. Los Llanos is reachable in about 10 minutes by car. The popular seaside village of Puerto Naos is about 10 minutes by car. There is a beach promenade with other shops and a diving centre.

Guests have from the terrace a wonderful view at the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.

Buitenfaciliteiten

In the first floor is a large, furnished terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella. Guests have from here a wonderful view at the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. In front of the house, surrounded by a garden with lawn, is a swimming pool (12 m x 4 m) with sun loungers. At the back part of the garden is a barbecue area, which is accessible to all residents of Finca I and Finca II. The terrain is ideal for children. The upper terrace is secured with a sufficiently high railing.

Slaapkamer

The house has three bedrooms. One is in the first floor and has a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside lamps. The other two are in the ground floor, each with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside lamps.

Woonkamer

The open living room has comfortable sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, a shelf with books and a dining table with 5 chairs.

Keuken

The integrated, well equipped kitchen has an induction stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster.

Badkamer

One bathroom is situated in the first floor with shower, WC and hairdryer, the other one in the ground floor with shower and WC.

Overig

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. Children with an age less than two years stay all year round free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years up to 12 years pay 5,- Euro per day. A cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! The cleaning staff may need access to the house at 9.30 am on the day of departure.
