The Finca Laguna II is a two-storey, semi-detached house, has approximately 120 sqm of living space and is situated in a quiet environment in the village of La Laguna on the west side of La Palma. Finca Laguna I and Finca Laguna II are located next to each other and are accessible due an interior staircase. The first floor consist of a comfortable living room with integrated kitchen with wooden floor and wooden ceiling, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large, furnished terrace with view at the Atlantic Ocean. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. In front of the house, surrounded by a garden with lawn, is a swimming pool (12 m x 4 m) with sun loungers. At the back part of the garden is a barbecue area, which is accessible to all residents of Finca Laguna I and Finca Laguna II. It is suitable for up to 6 persons can be combined with Finca Laguna I. The terrain is ideal for children. The upper terrace is secured with a sufficiently high railing. Friends or families can spend comfortable vacation here together in two houses.
Locatie
The Finca Laguna II is situated in a quiet environment in the village of La Laguna on the west side of La Palma. A bus stop, a small supermarket and a restaurant can be reached in about 10 minutes by walk. Los Llanos is reachable in about 10 minutes by car. The popular seaside village of Puerto Naos is about 10 minutes by car. There is a beach promenade with other shops and a diving centre.

Guests have from the terrace a wonderful view at the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.

Slaapkamer
The house has three bedrooms. One is in the first floor and has a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside lamps. The other two are in the ground floor, each with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside lamps.

The open living room has comfortable sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, a shelf with books and a dining table with 5 chairs.
Keuken
The integrated, well equipped kitchen has an induction stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster.
Badkamer
One bathroom is situated in the first floor with shower, WC and hairdryer, the other one in the ground floor with shower and WC.
Overig
The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. Children with an age less than two years stay all year round free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years up to 12 years pay 5,- Euro per day. A cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! The cleaning staff may need access to the house at 9.30 am on the day of departure.

Eine große Finca auf 2 Etagen, mit wunderschönen großen Balkon und einem schönen Garten mit großem Pool. Im Garten mehrere Avocado Bäume die uns täglich frische Avocados lieferten. Die Besten die wir jemals gegessen haben! Wir würden diese Finca wieder buchen, aber im Sommer! Es war anfangs in der unteren Etage, wo 2 Schlafräume und Bad liegen, nur 15 Grad. Nach ein paar Tagen ging die Temperatur dann auf 18 Grad. Allerdings fühlten sich die Sachen klamm an! Heizung, als mobilen Gasofen, gibt es nur in der oberen Etage. Für den Winter ist es wärmer in den Orten näher am Meer! Die Küche bot an Einrichtung alles was man benötigt, wir kamen als Selbstversorger gut zurecht.
Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub in der Casa El Rincon - ein modernes, neues Ferienhaus mit allem, was es für einen nehmen Urlaub braucht - mit großem Pool zur Alleinnutzung. Schöne ruhige Lage am Fuss des Hügels La Laguna.
