The holiday house Casita is a quiet situated bungalow with approximately 75 sqm of living space and is situated on a plot of land with three other houses, which are separated by a garden, in a quiet environment below the village of Las Manchas on the west side of La Palma. It is suitable for up to 4 persons and consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a furnished terrace. Below the house, accessible to all residents of the houses, is a swimming pool (12 m x 4 m).
Locatie
The holiday house Casita is situated in a quiet environment below the village of Las Manchas on the west side of La Palma. . Los Llanos is reachable in about 12 minutes by car and has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. The beach of Puerto Naos is within 10 minutes by car; the popular bay of Charco Verde with its beach about 12 minutes.
Uitzicht
Guests have a beautiful view at the Atlantic Ocean and above the Aridane Valley.

The holiday house Casita is surrounded by a garden. In front of the house is a covered, furnished terrace, which is equipped with a table and four chairs. The garden has a barbecue area and sun loungers. Lateral to the house, slightly raised and accessible to all residents of the houses, is a swimming pool (12 m x 4 m).

The house has two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe and bedside lamps; the other with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), wardrobe and bedside lamps.

The open living room has corner sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV and movable heating system (gas).
Keuken
Modern, very well equipped kitchen with stove, extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and a dining table with 4 chairs.
Badkamer
The bathroom has a combined bathtub/ shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer.
Overig
The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. Children with an age less than two years stay all year round free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years up to 12 years pay 5,- Euro per day. A cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! The cleaning staff may need access to the house at 9.30 am on the day of departure.

Kleines solides Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Leider ist der Blick von der Terrasse durch die vielen Bäume und Büsche davor etwas eingeschränkt.
