Villa Puesta de Luna is a high-quality villa with 80 sqm of living space, offering an unrestricted, fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Aridane Valley. The architecture of the house is modern and minimalist in style. The house is furnished to a very high standard. The spacious living room with an open, very well-equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers make the house an ideal holiday home. A spacious, furnished terrace, an additional storage room, the swimming pool (2,5 m x 5 m), and the possibility to have a barbecue complete the ambience of Villa Puesta de Luna, inviting you to relax and enjoy the sunsets on La Palma. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Location
The villa is situated on an approximately 500 sqm large property in a very quiet environment, surrounded by organically cultivated banana plantations in the southeast of Tazacorte. This villa, built in “Bauhaus style,” is located 200 meters above sea level in one of the best climatic zones of La Palma. Tazacorte can be reached in a few minutes by car. There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks, a tourist office, a banana museum, a gym, and a public outdoor swimming pool that opens during the summer months. The beach of Tazacorte is about 15 minutes away by car.

The outdoor area offers a large 2,5 m x 5 m swimming pool, four sun loungers, an umbrella, and an outdoor shower, as well as a covered pergola with a table, four chairs, and a gas grill.

Bedroom
The villa has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a comfortable double bed (150 cm x 190 cm), the other with two twin beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm). The bedroom with the double bed also has a flat screen. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.
Living room
Open living room with a sofa corner, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dining table with 6 chairs and access to the terrace.
Kitchen
Modern kitchenette integrated into the living area with a ceramic stove (3 hobs), extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and water kettle.
Bathroom
The villa has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer, the other with a shower and toilet.
Others
Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.
Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.
Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.

Im Vorfeld unserer Reise gab es eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit La Palma24. Auch mit der Hausverwaltung Mantenimiento de Contacto hat die Kommunikation sehr gut geklappt und wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr freundlicih begrüßt und zum Haus begleitet, wo es eine kurze Einweisung gab. Als wir am ersten Tag ein bisschen Schwierigkeiten mit dem Fernseher hatten, wurde durch Fred sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir hatten einmal pro Woche Wäschewechsel und Poolreinigung. Das Haus war bei der Übergabe sehr sauber. was wir zu bemängeln haben, es waren zu wenig Kleiderbügel vorhanden. Die Küchenschränke müssten dringend mal nachjustiert werden, da sie teilweise schwer zu öffnen sind. Wir waren mit vier Personen dort, dafür war eigentlich zu wenig Frühstücksgeschirr vorhanden, wenn man die Spülmasahcine nutzen möchte, auch Gläser waren knapp bemessen. Die Messer aus dem Messerblock waren eine Katastrophe, da sollte man mal darüber nachdenken neue Messer anzuschaffen. Ansonsten haben wir uns in dem Haus, das sehr schön mitten von Babanenplantagen umgeben ist, wohlgefühlt.
