Casa Benji is a beautiful and newly built villa of high quality. The house is situated on a completely fenced plot of land and offers unrestricted, fantastic views at the Atlantic Ocean and the Aridane Valley. The architecture of the house combines a modern architectural style with classical elements of Canarian architecture. The house is furnished in a very high standard. The spacious living room with integrated, very well equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms makes the house to an ideal holiday home. The large, partly covered, furnished terrace, an additional storage room, the pool area with a large saltwater swimming pool and the barbecue area next to the house complete the ambience of the holiday house Casa Benji and invites you to relax and to enjoy the sunsets here on La Palma.

Location

The holiday house Casa Benji is situated in a quiet environment between La Laguna and El Paso in the town of Tajuya. The city centre of El Paso is about 7 minutes and to Los Llanos about 10 minutes by car. It takes about 15 minutes by car to the next beach. El Paso has supermarkets, cafes, bancs, pharmacies and restaurants.

The large, partly covered, furnished terrace, an additional storage room, the pool area with a large saltwater swimming pool (3,5 m x 9 m), outside shower and sun loungers as well as the next to the house located barbecue area complete the ambience of the holiday house Casa Benji and invites you to relax and to enjoy the sunsets here on La Palma.

Bedroom

The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, the other two bedrooms with double beds (equipped with adjustable slatted frames and health mattresses). All double beds have single mattresses (each 90 cm x 200 cm).

Large, open and bright living room with sofa corner, coffee table, flat screen, satellite TV, fireplace, adjoining kitchen and dining area.

Kitchen

Very well equipped, integrated and modern kitchen with ceramic stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and microwave.

Bathroom

The house has two bathrooms with shower.

Others

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
