Locatie

The villa is situated on an approximately 500 sqm large property in a very quiet environment, surrounded by organically cultivated banana plantations in the southeast of Tazacorte. This villa, built in “Bauhaus style,” is located 200 meters above sea level in one of the best climatic zones of La Palma. Tazacorte can be reached in a few minutes by car. There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks, a tourist office, a banana museum, a gym, and a public outdoor swimming pool that opens during the summer months. The beach of Tazacorte is about 15 minutes away by car.

The outdoor area offers a large 2,5 m x 5 m swimming pool, four sun loungers, an umbrella, and an outdoor shower, as well as a covered pergola with a table, four chairs, and a gas grill.

Slaapkamer

The villa has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a comfortable double bed (150 cm x 190 cm), the other with two twin beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm). The bedroom with the double bed also has a flat screen. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.

Woonkamer

Open living room with a sofa corner, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dining table with 6 chairs and access to the terrace.

Keuken

Modern kitchenette integrated into the living area with a ceramic stove (3 hobs), extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and water kettle.

Badkamer

The villa has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer, the other with a shower and toilet.

Overig

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
