The holiday house Casa Salamandra is located in a quiet environment on an approximately 1.200 sqm large property in Las Norias on the sunny west side of the island. It has 118 sqm of living space and consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In front of the house is a sheltered, furnished terrace with view at the Atlantic Ocean. The house can accommodate up to four persons and is not suitable for children. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop.
Location
The house is located in a quiet environment in Las Norias in one of the best climatic zones of the island. The popular bay of Charco Verde is about 8 minutes by car. Fuencaliente and Los Llanos can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Los Llanos and Fuencaliente has shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. The Caldera de Taburiente is about 25 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 35 minutes by car.

Bedroom
The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (200 cm x 180 cm), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and access to one of the bathrooms. The other has a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and a wardrobe.
Living room
Spacious, open, comfortable living room with a corner sofa, sofa table, satellite and German television, flat screen, fireplace, dining table with six chairs and access to the terrace.
Kitchen
Integrated, very well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob (3 hobs), extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, water kettle and toaster.
Bathroom
The house has two bathrooms. The bathroom with bathtub, hand basin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine is attached to one of the bedrooms. The other bathroom has a shower, hand basin and WC.
Others
Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed every 14 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.
Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.

Das Haus entsprach weitestgehend den Beschreibungen und der Erwartung, aber: undichte Abflüsse in der Küchenspüle wurden nicht repariert, defekter Kühlschrank und die defekte Außenbeleuchtung erst nach eindringlicher Aufforderung gewechselt, sehr verschmutzte Fenster erst nach Aufforderung gereinigt UND ein Geschirrspüler wäre in der Preiskategorie eigentlich obligatorisch - wie schon vor Ort vom Vermieter bestätigt wurde,,, Alles in allem: WIR KOMMEN GERNE WIEDER.
Das Haus ist echt toll. DIe Straße an der es liegt ist leider sehr gefährlich, letztes Jahr war es wenigstens noch eine Anliegerstrasse, das wurde geändert und somit ist es noch gefährlicher geworden. Ausserdem wurde etwas unterhalb mit dem Freilegen des Erdgeschosses eines mit Lava vollgelaufenen Hauses angefangen (verständlicherweise) und somit war es ab 7 Uhr schon sehr laut, aber das ist ja bestimmt in ein paar Wochen vorbei. Ansonsten haben wir uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.
Sehr schönes Haus mit atemberaubendem Ausblick auf den Tajogaite auf der einen und den Leuchtturm von La Bombilla auf der anderen Seite. Ein Stern Abzug bei der Ausstattung, da nur 2 Handtücher und 2 Duschtücher und 2 verschlissene Geschirrtücher vorhanden waren. Das Ausparken vom Stellplatz auf den Camino Majada ist auch etwas schwierig. Sonst alles super.
Sehr schönes Haus in exponierten Lage mit super Blick. Innen gut ausgestattet. Leider fehlen im Außenbereich einladende Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten sowie ein Sonnenschirm. Wir werden das Haus wieder buchen.
