Location

The house is located in a quiet environment in Las Norias in one of the best climatic zones of the island. The popular bay of Charco Verde is about 8 minutes by car. Fuencaliente and Los Llanos can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Los Llanos and Fuencaliente have shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. The Caldera de Taburiente is about 25 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 35 minutes.

From the entire property, guests have an unrestricted panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, which is rounded off by the impressive view of the mountain ranges and the Tajogaite volcano in the background.

Outdoor facilities

The holiday house Casa Horizonte Azul is situated on a 3000 sqm large property, surrounded by several terraces which are equipped with seating areas, sun loungers and parasols. A 5 m x 9 m large pool and a barbecue are available to guests. A parking space is located directly next to the house.

Bedroom

The house has three bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed. Two of them have a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and offer direct access to their own furnished terrace. The third bedroom has a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed.

Living room

The spacious and open-plan living and dining area has a leather sofa, an armchair, a sofa table, a fireplace, satellite and German television and offers direct access to the terrace in front as well as an amazing view at the Atlantic Ocean.

Kitchen

The modern, open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and a dining table with six chairs.

Bathroom

The house has two modern bathrooms, one with a spacious shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer, the other with a bathtub, WC and hairdryer.

Others

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.



Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.



Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
