Description of this accommodation

Villa Vistamar is situated on a approximately 2000 sqm large property in the Aridane Valley and offers the right atmosphere to recover and relax. The villa has a living/dining area adjoining the fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The outdoor area offers two furnished terraces, a swimming pool with adjoining furnished pool deck as well as a relaxation area with benches and a barbecue. There is also the option of using the sauna in the house. The villa can accommodate up to 6 persons.

Location

Villa Vistamar is situated in an extremely quiet environment near the village of La Laguna on the west side of La Palma. The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean guarantees a mild climate, especially during the winter months. Los Llanos is reachable in approximately 10 minutes by car. There you will find shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. It takes about 10 minutes to the beach of Tazacorte and approximately 15 minutes to the popular bay Charco Verde. The Caldera de Taburiente is reachable in 20 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar in about 30 minutes by car.

Outdoor facilities

The outdoor area offers two terraces furnished with tables and chairs, one of them is covered. Steps lead from here to the pool deck with sun loungers and parasol. Next to it, under shady trees, there is a relaxation area with benches and a barbecue.

Well-equipped, open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and microwave.

Bathroom

The house has two bathrooms with shower.

Others

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
