Description of this accommodation

The Villa Vistamar is located in the Aridane Valley and offers the perfect atmosphere to recover and to relax. The house was built in typical local style and is situated on a 2000 sqm plot of land. The house is decorated in a classic style with beautiful wooden ceilings. The comfortable living- dining room adjoins to the modern and well equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, one of them furnished with a double waterbed. Two bathrooms completes this holiday house. The outdoor area offers two furnished terraces, a swimming pool with a furnished pool deck and a relaxation area with benches and a barbecue. A sauna is provided to the guest of the Villa Vistamar. The Villa can accommodate up to 6 persons.

Location

The Villa Vistamar is located in a very quiet environment below the village of Todoque. The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean guarantees a mild climate, especially during the winter months. It takes about 5 minutes to the beach of Puerto Naos and 10 minutes to the beach of Tazacorte. Todoque is about 2 minutes by car and has two small supermarkets, a pharmacy and restaurants.

Outdoor facilities

The outdoor area offers two furnished terraces, one of them is covered, with tables and chairs. Stairs leads from here to the pool deck with sun loungers and umbrellas. Next to the pool deck under the shady trees is a relaxation area with benches and a barbecue.

Well equipped, integrated, modern kitchen with ceramic stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and microwave.

Bathroom

The house has two bathrooms with shower.

Others

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
