The complex Pozo Taburiente consists of two adjoining apartments, each with a separate entrance, and is located on a quiet situated property in Las Barros, above Los Llanos, on the sunny west side of La Palma. The apartment Pozo Taburiente 1 has 65 sqm of living space and consists of an open living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The large furnished terreace, the covered barbecue area as well as the adjoining pool area with sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor shower are available to guests of the two apartments for communal use. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop. The apartment Pozo Taburiente 1 can be well combined with the apartment Pozo Taburiente 2, friends or two families can spend together perfect holidays.

Location

The apartment is located in Los Barros, above the village of Los Llanos. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are reachable within 5 minutes by car, to the beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte it takes about 10 minutes. Starting points for hikers are nearby.

The large furnished terreace, the covered barbecue area as well as the adjoining pool area with sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor shower are available to guests of the two apartments for communal use. Very well equipped, integrated kitchen with ceramic stove (2 hobs), extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and dining table with 4 chairs.

Bathroom with shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer.

Others

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
