Casa Dorothea is a two-storey house and has at the ground floor a bedroom, a small TV room, a living room with dining area, a bathroom with shower and a modern well equipped kitchen. At the top floor is another bedroom and a bathroom with shower, an approximately 12 sqm big winter garden and a spacious terrace which offers a fantastic view. The garden has a swimming pool (app. 6 m x 3 m) on saltwater base.

Casa Dorotea is a renovated house in a quiet area in the municipality of Tazacorte in the banana-growing region.

View

Guests have a wonderful view from the winter garden and the roof terrace at the banana plantation and the Atlantic Ocean.

The modern kitchen has a ceramic stove with four ceramic hobs, a water kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher.

Bathroom

The two bathrooms have a shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

This house is not rented to children under 12 years.



Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.



Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.

The owner has set the following cancellation conditions: in case of cancellation, 20% from 30 days before departure 30% from 29 days to 15 days before departure 50% from 14 days to 8 days before departure 80% from 7 days to 1 day before departure 100% in case of no-show of the total rental price is due.
