Location

The holiday house Casa Roja is located above Santa Cruz de La Palma in the municipality of La Cuesta in Breña Alta on a 1300 sqm large propery in an absolutely quiet environment. The capital of the island Santa Cruz de La Palma can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. There are shops, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and banks. The next beaches are in Santa Cruz de La Palma and Los Cancajos, which is 11 km away.

Outdoor facilities

The living room leads to the spacious terrace with a barbecue. Guests have from here one of the most beautiful views at the port of Santa Cruz de La Palma and the Atlantic Ocean. The well-kept garden with palm trees and various subtropical plants has a 5 m x 10 m large swimming pool with saltwater. Parking spaces are on the property.

Bedroom

The house has a total of three bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), which are set up as a double bed, is on the upper floor of the house. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), which are set up as a double bed.

Living room

The center of the house is the impressive living room on the ground floor with large windows and access to the sun terrace with barbecue. It has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, German TV and satellite TV. The dining room and a common room are also situated on the ground floor.

Kitchen

Very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and blender.

Bathroom

The house has a total of two bathrooms. One bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and hair dryer. The other with a bathtub, two sinks, WC and hair dryer.

Others

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.



Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.



Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
