Location

The house is located above the village of El Paso in an absolutely quiet environment, only five minutes far from the viewpoint “La Cumbrecita” in the national park. The center of El Paso can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. There are supermarkets, cafes, banks and restaurants. The beaches are within 20 minutes by car. Hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity.

Outdoor facilities

The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with a variety of palm trees and year-round flowering plants. In front of the house is a terrace furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol. Further seating areas are provided in the adjacent garden. Parking spaces are located directly at the house.

Bedroom

The house has three modern bedrooms, each with two single beds made up as a double bed (single mattresses each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables and wardrobe.

Living room

The house has two cosy living areas. One living area has a large leather corner sofa, fireplace, satellite and German TV, dining table with 6 chairs and access to the terrace. The second living area has an integrated kitchenette, a dining table with two chairs, a wood-burning stove, two comfortable armchairs with side table and access to the terrace. The winter garden invites you to relax during the colder months.

Kitchen

Separate, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob (4 plates), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle.

Bathroom

The house has two bathrooms, each with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed every 14 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
