Casa Almendras has 90 sqm of living space with an additional winter garden and is located near El Paso. It has a living room with fireplace, sofa and satellite TV, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.Internet access (Wifi) available. The house is surrounded by a 700 sqm large garden with a tiled terrace. The terrace has a seating area with table, barbecue with fireplace and a pool. From there guests have a beautiful view at the surrounding landscape.

Casa Almendras is situated on a side street in a rural area of El Paso. The village El Paso has supermarkets, shops, restaurants and banks and is about 5 minutes by car away.

The house has two bedrooms. Both of them have a double bed (two spring core mattresses, each 80 cm x 200 cm).

Kitchen
The well equipped kitchen has a ceramic stove with four ceramic hobs and oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a water kettle, a micro wave and a dining area for up to 4 persons.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower, WC, washing machine, iron and hairdryer.
Others
Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.
Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed every 14 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.
Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
