Location

The house is located in a quiet environment on a 2.300 sqm fenced property in the village of Las Manchas de abajo. Access is through a large gate, behind which lies the private, covered parking space. Los Llanos is about a 15-minute drive away, where you can find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and shops. The popular bay of Charco Verde is approximately 12 minutes away by car. Very close by are the "Plaza La Glorieta" and the visitor center of the volcanic caves "Caños de Fuego" and "Cueva de las Palomas." Las Manchas has two bars, a restaurant, a small pharmacy, and a health center. In Jedey is a bar and a small shop called "Viveres Lalas". Hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity.

Outdoor facilities

The house is situated on a lovingly landscaped property with various seating areas, a barbecue area with tables and benches, and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a refrigerator. The 5-meter-diameter pool provides refreshment on hot days. Right next to the pool, there is an outdoor shower and a partially covered sunbathing area with loungers. A private, covered parking space is located on the fenced property.

Bedroom

The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (135 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables, a wardrobe, a dresser, and air conditioning. The other has two single beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm), a bedside table, a wardrobe, a desk, and air conditioning.

Living room

The modern open-plan living area is equipped with a sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite, German and Spanish television.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen of this holiday house leaves nothing to be desired. It has a cooking island with a 4 zone ceramic hob, an extractor hood, and four bar stools, an American refrigerator with freezer compartment and ice cube function, a fully automatic coffee machine, an oven, a wine cooler, a toaster, a water kettle, a dining table with six chairs, a fireplace, and air conditioning.

Bathroom

The house has two bathrooms. One bathroom has two sinks, a walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer. The other has a sink, walk-in shower, and toilet.

Others

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.



Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
