Location

The apartment is located at the beach promenade in the seaside resort Puerto Naos. Puerto Naos has small shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bus stop, a bike station, a diving centre and a paraglider station. The promenade in front of the beach invites you for a sunset walk.

The apartment consist of a covered balcony, equipped with a table, four chairs, two sun loungers and an umbrella. Public parking spaces are provided.

Beach lovers. Bikers are very welcome too. There are two bike stations in Puerto Naos.

Bedroom

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (two single matrasses, each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and a build-in wardrobe.

Living room

The modern living room has a sofa, satellite TV, a coffee table, a dining table with four chairs and access to the balcony.

Kitchen

Modern, very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (3 hobs), extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle and toaster.

Bathroom

Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, WC und Föhn.

Others

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed every 14 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
