The house is located in a quiet environment in Las Norias in one of the best climatic zones of the island. The popular bay of Charco Verde is about 8 minutes by car. Fuencaliente and Los Llanos can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Los Llanos and Fuencaliente has shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. The Caldera de Taburiente is about 25 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 35 minutes by car.

In front of the house is the wind-protected and partially covered terrace, furnished with a table and four chairs. A barbecue is provided to the guests of the house. A parking space is located directly next to the house.

Slaapkamer

The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (200 cm x 180 cm), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and access to one of the bathrooms. The other has a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and a wardrobe.

Woonkamer

Spacious, open, comfortable living room with a corner sofa, sofa table, satellite and German television, flat screen, fireplace, dining table with six chairs and access to the terrace.

Keuken

Integrated, very well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob (3 hobs), extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, water kettle and toaster.

Badkamer

The house has two bathrooms. The bathroom with bathtub, hand basin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine is attached to one of the bedrooms. The other bathroom has a shower, hand basin and WC.

Overig

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed every 14 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
