Location

The beach house Casa El Pajero de Floreal is located directly at the Atlantic Ocean next to the lighthouse Arenas Blancas in the small fishing village of La Salemera, in the municipality of Mazo. The beach "Playa de Arenas Blancas" and a kiosk (typical Canarian restaurant) with local products can be reached in a few minutes by walk. Mazo is reachable in about 15 minutes by car. There is a nice farmer's market and the famous ceramic workshop El Molino in one of the oldest mills in La Palma. Santa Cruz de La Palma is about 30 minutes by car. The beach resort of Los Cancajos and the airport are reachable in about 20 minutes by car.

Outdoor facilities

The house has a private terrace with lounge furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. The laundry room is in a separate room at the terrace. A parking space is provided in front of the house.

Bedroom

The house consists of two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (135 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables with bedside lamps and wardrobe. The other has two twin beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm), a bedside table with bedside lamp and a wardrobe.

Living room

Modern living area with sofa, flat-screen TV (satellite reception with Spanish channels), and dining table with 4 chairs.

Kitchen

Very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (3 hobs), extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, blender and dining table with 4 chairs.

Bathroom

Bathroom with combined bathtub/shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer.

Others

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.



Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed every 14 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.



Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
