The holiday accommodation is situated on a subtropical garden in Tajuya on the sunny west side of La Palma in a quiet environment. The property is accessible via a gate. It is about 5 minutes by car to the center of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Los Llanos and around 20 minutes to the favored seaside resort of Tazacorte. The Caldera de Taburiente is within 10 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 20 minutes by car.

In front of the apartment is a furnished terrace with sea view. The subtropical garden, the pool terrace with sun loungers and the approximately 4 m x 8 m large swimming pool as well as the barbecue area next to the pool are available to the guests of the apartments for shared use. Private parking spaces are provided.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (separate mattresses, each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and wardrobe.

Keuken

Into the living room integrated kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, water kettle and toaster.

Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

The accommodation will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. Intermediate cleaning every two days except Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays. Towels are provided and will be changed if needed. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 1 pm, check out until 10 am. The German, English and Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
