The quiet situated holiday complex consists of 4 residential units and is located on a lovingly landscaped subtropical garden. The holiday apartment Casa Grandiosa 2 is situated on the pool side and is located in a two-story house with a total of 3 apartments. It has approximately 29 sqm of living space and consists of a cozy living room with integrated kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a furnished terrace. The swimming pool area with barbecue is available to the guests of the complex for shared use. The apartment can accommodate 2 persons.
Locatie
The holiday complex is situated on a lovingly landscaped subtropical garden in Tajuya on the sunny west side of La Palma in a quiet environment. It is about 5 minutes by car to the center of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Los Llanos and around 20 minutes to the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte. The Caldera de Taburiente is within 10 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 20 minutes by car.

The apartment has a small, furnished terrace with direct access to the swimming pool area. The terrace, equipped with sun loungers, a swimming pool and a barbecue are available to the guests of the complex for shared use. A private parking lot is provided in front of the facility.

Overig
The accommodation will not be rented for a stay of less than 3 days. Bed linen and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. Intermediate cleaning every two days except Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays. Towels are provided and will be changed if needed. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! A high chair and a cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Arrival and departure: Check in after 1 pm, check out until 10 am. The German, English and Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.

Hat alles was man braucht. Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen zwischen El Paso und Los Llanos, aber trotzdem schön ruhig. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Komme gerne wieder.

ich bin schon mehrmals in dieser Anlage gewesen. Mir gefällt, das es absolut ruhig ist. Es gibt Parkplätze und zu den Supermärkten und Restaurants ist es nicht weit. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto. Zum relaxen gibt es einen Pool. Es ist natuerlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist ok.

Ich war schon öfter in dieser Unterkunft. Mir gefällt die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit in dieser Unterkunft. Die Begrüßung ist sehr herzlich. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut und die Zudecken warm und kuschelig. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, In der Dusche würde ich mir einen Haltegriff wünschen. Es ist bestens geeignet fuer Menschen, die nicht so gut zu Fuss sind, da es nur eine Stufe zum Haus gibt. Parkplatz ist vor der Tür. Ich werde auch weiterhin gerne dort Urlaub machen.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in zentraler (mit dem Auto) aber ruhiger Umgebung. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
