The Canarian holiday house Buena Vista is a semi-detached house with two apartments and is located in the middle of a subtropical garden in Tajuya on the west side of La Palma. The apartment 1 has approximately 60 sqm of living space and consists of a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a terrace with sea view and can accommodate up to 4 persons. The subtropical garden, the swimming pool area as well as the barbecue area at the pool are available to the guests of both apartments for shared use. The apartment is not suitable for children.
Location
The holiday accommodation is situated on a subtropical garden in Tajuya on the sunny west side of La Palma in a quiet environment. The property is accessible via a gate. It is about 5 minutes by car to the center of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Los Llanos and around 20 minutes to the favored seaside resort of Tazacorte. The Caldera de Taburiente is within 10 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 20 minutes by car.

Outdoor facilities
In front of the apartment is a furnished terrace with sea view. The subtropical garden, the pool terrace with sun loungers and the approximately 4 m x 8 m large swimming pool as well as the barbecue area next to the pool are available to the guests of the apartments for shared use. Private parking spaces are provided.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (separate mattresses, each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and wardrobe.

Kitchen
Into the living room integrated kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, water kettle and toaster.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
The accommodation will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. Intermediate cleaning every two days except Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays. Towels are provided and will be changed if needed. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 1 pm, check out until 10 am. The German, English and Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.

Das Haus liegt eingebettet in einer Ferienanlage mit Blick bis zum Meer. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einer Küche sowie Wohn-Essbereich bietet es ausreichend Platz. Wir waren zu zweit dort. Die Reinigung erfolgt regelmäßig, allerdings ändert sich der Rhytmus oft spontan. Was uns dieses Mal (wir waren zum 3. Mal dort) missfallen hat, war dass wir in einem der Schlafzimmer nach 7 Tagen Schimmel neben dem Bett entdeckten. Da es ein Samstag war, kamen die Handwerker am Montag. Allerdings bestritten sie, dass es sich um Schimmel handeln würde. Die Verwalterin stellte dies ebenfalls in Frage, ohne persönlich vor oder nach der Schimmelbehandlung vorbei zu kommen. Eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht, geschweige denn ein finanzielles Entgegenkommen oder einen Dank, dass wir auf diesen Missstand hingewiesen und damit Schlimmeres verhindert haben. Schade!
authentisches gemütliches Ferienhaus
Precioso apartamento con bonita vista al océano. Aparcamiento y buena ubicación, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días relajantes. Quizá sería oportuno equipar un poco más la piscina y la zona de barbacoa para evitar transportar la mesa de la terraza a la barbacoa. Aún así, se disfruta de la propiedad. Preciosos jardines para disfrutar de lectura y un paseo.
Acogedora casita de estilo palmero, con mucho estilo, gusto y funcionalidad tanto en las habitaciones (sencillas) como en el mobiliario. El porche exterior cubierto en parte, con vistas al mar y su extenso jardín, muy bien cuidado, en dos niveles, dotado de piedras volcánicas con formas, plantas y arboles visibles en la isla les confieren, junto a su piscina, un entorno idílico para disfrutar de tranquilidad y las vistas al mar, a la ladera y a la colada de la última erupción (2021) del cercanísimo volcán Tajogaite. Mesas, sillas y tumbonas facilitan el disfrute del jardín y piscina. Atardeceres muy bonitos por las vistas al mar (oeste). Buen aparcamiento y sombrío por los árboles. Bien equipado también de menaje de cocina. Cambio de sábanas y toallas cada pocos días. Sólo echamos en falta un microondas y un horno (éste quizás más prescindible). Alexandra y Alex, gestores, muy disponibles y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo
Sehr schönes Appartement in toller, zentraler Lage. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist das extrem langsame WLAN. Ansonsten Alles bestens !
