The quiet situated holiday complex consists of 9 residential units and is located on a spacious, subtropical approximately 11.000 sqm large hillside property. The holiday apartment Casa Alexandra 2 is situated on the upper floor of a two-storey house with a total of three holiday apartments in the lower part of the holiday complex. It has approximately 48 sqm of living space and has a living room with an integrated kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a terrace and can accommodate up to 3 persons. The park-like subtropical garden, the swimming pool area and the barbecue area by the pool are available to the guests of the complex for shared use.
Locatie
The holiday complex is situated on a spacious, subtropical approximately 11.000 sqm large hillside property in Tajuya on the sunny west side of La Palma in a quiet environment. It is about 5 minutes by car to the center of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Los Llanos and around 20 minutes to the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte. The Caldera de Taburiente is within 10 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 20 minutes by car.

Open, into the living room integrated kitchenette with ceramic stove (4 hobs), microwave, coffee machine, water kettle and toaster.

Overig
The accommodation will not be rented for a stay of less than 3 days. Bed linen and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. Intermediate cleaning every two days except Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays. Towels are provided and will be changed if needed. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! A high chair and a cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Arrival and departure: Check in after 1 pm, check out until 10 am. The German, English and Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.

Sonnenliebhaberin enero 2026
Das Apartment und die ganze Anlage mit den Palmen in den Bergen sind wirklich toll!! Aber: Im Dezember ist es dort sehr, sehr kalt. Die Anlage hat kaum Plätze, auf denen direkt die Sonne scheint. Die Terasse ist komplett überdacht ;--(((. Für die Nacht gibt es zwar Heizgeräte, da das Schlafzimmer aber sehr groß ist, ist es schwierig, den Raum angenehm warm zu bekommen. Ich als Sonnenliebhaberin würde ungern hier wieder wohnen, da es kaum direkte Sonne gibt.
Annuleringsvoorwaarden
Bij annulering van het contract zijn de volgende percentages van toepassing op het resterende saldo (exclusief de niet-restitueerbare initiële servicekosten voor boekingsbevestiging):
20% vanaf de sluiting van het contract tot 60 dagen voor aankomst
40% van 59 dagen tot 30 dagen voor aankomst
50% van 29 dagen tot 8 dagen voor aankomst
100% van 7 dagen tot 1 dag voor aankomst en bij no-show
