This detached house is very quiet situated away from the street. It has a large living room with an adjoining south and east-facing conservatory set up as a dining room. You can enjoy from here the sunrises on the west side of the island. The house has an integrated kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, one with a FLexxIMA-med Nawapur cold foam mattress and Tencel (pad for increased sleeping comfort), and is suitable for up to 4 persons. The living room has a fireplace, air conditioning, German TV with almost all German channels, as well as a hi-fi system and two cozy seating areas. A small selection of books and illustrated books as well as some music CDs are of course available to the guests of the house. The integrated, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven completes the equipment of the house. The house is very personal and lovingly furnished. A preferred place in the sun is the large terrace in front of the semicircular pool (2,5 m radius) directly on the slope. You will enjoy under the palm trees a magical view at the Atlantic and the mountains. Another terrace is equipped with an outdoor barbecue with water point and work surface. The covered terrace in front of the living room provides a shady spot, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view at the Atlantic and the sunsets. In the garden you will find cactus beds with exotic plants and various fruit trees (avocado, orange, mulberry, fig), which you can harvest as well as the many herbs. There is also a non-visible outdoor shower. In the immediate vicinity is one of the best restaurants on the island, Tasca Catalina, which has already been recommended in Eating & Drinking! An ADSL connection enables free surfing on your own laptop. The house is located between Los Llanos and El Paso (west side of La Palma, Aridane valley) about 450 m above see level, very quiet and away the road.
