Locatie

The house is situated on a 3.500 sqm large property at the end of a street with dead end in a quiet environment in Tajuya on the sunny west side of La Palma. It is about 5 minutes by car to the center of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Los Llanos and around 20 minutes to the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte. The Caldera de Taburiente is reachable 10 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar in about 20 minutes by car.

Buitenfaciliteiten

The access to the house is via a large iron gate. Behind it is the covered carport. In front of the house is the partially covered, furnished terrace. From this terrace via a few steps is the pool deck with salt water swimming pool, sun loungers and parasol. Behind the house is another terrace with a dining table and four chairs. Guests of the house can enjoy here their breakfast in the sun. An awning provides shade on hot days. Some of the terraces have no railings. The house is surrounded by a large well-kept garden with old trees.

Slaapkamer

The house has two bedrooms with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm) made up as a double bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps and wardrobe. One bedroom has its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Quilts are provided for colder days.

Woonkamer

The large bright living room is equipped with a large corner sofa, a sofa table and a flat screen with satellite and German TV. The pleasant fireplace area with a sofa, two armchairs and sofa table invites you to spend cosy evenings. The living room has directly access to the terrace and the adjoining pool deck.

Keuken

The very well equipped kitchen with the adjoining dining room faces the carport and has a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle and toaster. The bright adjoining dining area is furnished with a dining table with six chairs and has direct access to the terrace.

Badkamer

One bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer is directly connected to one of the bedrooms. The other bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a WC and a hairdryer.

Overig

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
