The holiday house El Rincon is situated in a quiet environment in La Laguna on the west side of La Palma. The modern holiday house with swimming pool was built in 2023 and offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday. The house has approximately 72 sqm of living space and consists of a cosy living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The outdoor area impresses with its spacious pool deck with swimming pool and sun loungers. The house is equipped with double-glazed windows and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Internet enables free surfing on your own laptop. The house is located in front of the houses Finca Laguna I and II and offers a good opportunity to organize family and group trips.

Location

The holiday house is situated in a quiet environment in La Laguna on the west side of La Palma. A bus stop, a small supermarket and a restaurant can be reached in about 10 minutes by walk. It is about 10 minutes by car to the center of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. It takes about 5 minutes by car to Los Llanos and around 15 minutes to the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte. The Caldera de Taburiente is reachable in 15 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar in about 20 minutes by car.

The house is located in a quiet environment in La Laguna on the west side of La Palma. In front of the house is a covered terrace, furnished with tables and chairs, as well as the large pool deck with the 8 m x 4 m swimming pool, sun loungers and parasol. A barbecue area is available to guests of the house. Parking places are next to the house.

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. A cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! The cleaning staff may need access to the house at 9.30 am on the day of departure.

Leider stimmt die Beschreibung des Hauses nicht mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Wenn ich ein Haus mit überdachter Terasse buche, sollte auch ein Dach vorhanden sein - und eben nicht nur ein paar Stahlträger auf die man evtl. ein Dach bauen könnte. Nicht sonderlich appetitlich waren die Horden an Ameisen, die bei dem schlechten Wetter Schutz im Haus gesucht haben und vermutlich durch die Lücken zwischen Bodenplatte und „Mauerwerk“ ihre Wege nach innen gefunden haben. Wir haben den Urlaub trotzdem genießen können und werden diese schöne Insel garantiert wieder besuchen.Aber ich nehme an in einer anderen Unterkunft…
