Das Haus macht eine guten Gesamteindruck. Warmwasser kommt im hinteren Bad erst spät an und der Abfluss im Waschbecken läuft schlecht ab. Da könnte die Reinigung besser sein.

The owner has set the following cancellation conditions: in case of cancellation, 20% from 30 days before departure 30% from 29 days to 15 days before departure 50% from 14 days to 8 days before departure 80% from 7 days to 1 day before departure 100% in case of no-show of the total rental price is due.
