The apartment offers 47?sqm of living space, two bedrooms, a well-equipped modern open kitchen with cooking island, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom, and an 18?sqm furnished terrace with two awnings. The apartment has double-glazed windows.
Location
The apartment is located right on the beach of Puerto Naos, in a quiet setting on the fourth and top floor. In the seaside town you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, and a bus stop. The beach promenade is perfect for evening strolls.

Wir haben uns fünf Wochen in der wunderschönen Wohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick sehr wohlgefühlt. Für den superschönen Empfang durch den Eigentümer, der auch sonst stets erreichbar war, möchten wir uns ausdrücklich bedanken. Diese Wohnung kann man vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen.
Bisher die am besten ausgestattete Wohnung, die ich in Puorto Naos gebucht habe. Es fehlte an nichts und der Vermieter hat einen Blick für einen tollen Empfang. Selbst Kaffee war vorhanden und frisches Obst im Kühlschrank. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die abendliche Musik der Bar ein paar Meter weiter, die irgendwie immer bis 23 Uhr präsent war.
Schöne, helle, ruhige Wohnung. (Manchmal Hundegebell).Sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit großem Balkon und Meerblick. Gute zentrale Lage. Haben uns drei Monate sehr wohl gefühlt
Schöne Wohnung mit neuen Möbeln und großer Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Neu renoviertes Bad. Gute Lage. Kleiner Nachteil ist, dass die Dachterrasse nach Norden ausgerichtet ist, was im Sommer sicher vorteilhaft, aber im Winter doch etwas kühl ist. Dafür tolle Ausstattung der Küche und eine Waschmaschine.
