The house is located above the village of El Paso in an absolutely quiet environment, only five minutes away from the viewpoint “La Cumbrecita” in the national park. The center of El Paso can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. There are supermarkets, cafes, banks and restaurants. The beaches are within 20 minutes by car. Hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity.

Outdoor facilities

The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. In front of the house is a covered, furnished terrace with a table, four chairs and two sun loungers. The barbecue area is located right next to the house. Parking spaces are located directly at the house, the access is provided via a gate.

Bedroom

The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe. The other bedroom has two single beds that can be made up as a double bed (each 90 cm x 200 cm), a bedside table with a lamp, and a wardrobe.

Living room

The house has an open-plan living area with two sofas, a sofa table, Smart TV, Spanish television, and access to the terrace.

Kitchen

Well-equipped kitchen integrated into the living room with ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and dining table with two chairs and two stools.

Bathroom

The house has a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.



Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed every 14 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.



Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
