The holiday house Casa Cornelia is situated in a quiet environment on an approximately 900 sqm large property in Tendiña, between the villages of El Paso and Los Llanos, on the sunny west side of La Palma. The house has 80 sqm of living space and consists of a cozy living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as several furnished terraces. The house can accommodate up to 3 persons.

The holiday house Casa Cornelia is situated in a quiet environment on an approximately 900 sqm large property in Tendiña on the sunny west side of La Palma. Los Llanos can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The popular seaside resorts of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte are within a 15 minutes by car.

The house is situated on a partially natural garden. Various terraces furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers as well as a barbecue are available to the guests of the house. Parking spaces are located next to the house.

Bedroom
The house consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and wardrobe. One bedroom with air conditioning.
Living room
The house offers a cozy living area with sofa, armchair, flat screen, fireplace, air conditioning, adjoining dining area and access to the terrace.
Kitchen
Modern, open kitchen with gas stove (5 flames), extractor hood, oven, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer and hand blender.
Bathroom
The house has one bathroom with shower, towel heating, WC and hair dryer.
Others
Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.
Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed every 14 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.
Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.

Ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in bester Lage mit wunderschönen Ausblicken zur Caldera, Cumbre und zum Meer. Der gro0e Garten ist traumhaft. Negativ war, dass bei Ankunft der Kühlschrank und die Küchenschränke schmutzig - offensichtlich nicht geputzt- waren. Die Küchenschränke waren zu voll gestellt mit zu vielen, z.T. kaputten Haushaltsgegenständen . An den ersten Tagen wir Kakerlaken bermerkt, die wir mit den vorhandenen Insektiziden in der Folgezeit bis auf 2 weitere Tage vertreiben konnten.

The owner has set the following cancellation conditions: in case of cancellation, 20% from 30 days before departure 30% from 29 days to 15 days before departure 50% from 14 days to 8 days before departure 80% from 7 days to 1 day before departure 100% in case of no-show of the total rental price is due.Accommodation rules
