Locatie

The holiday house Casa Amalia is situated in an absolutely quiet environment in Todoque on the sunny west side of La Palma. Los Llanos is reachable in about 12 minutes by car and has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. The beach of Puerto Naos is within 10 minutes by car; the popular bay of Charco Verde with its beach about 12 minutes. Starting points for hikes are nearby.

The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. In front of the house is one with a table and chairs furnished terrace. From The adjoining garden offers a covered barbeque area and a pool deck, equipped with six sun loungers and a 6,40 m x 5,10 m large swimming pool. Parking spaces are located directly at the property.

Slaapkamer

The house has four bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed with single matrasses (each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables and wardrobe. Each of the other two consist of a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), bedside table and wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Woonkamer

Large, open living room with cosy sofa corner, coffee table, fireplace, satellite TV, Spanish TV, flat screen, dining table with 6 chairs and access to the terrace.

Keuken

Very well equipped kitchen with gas stove (4 ceramic hobs), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer and table with 3 chairs.

Badkamer

The house has two bathrooms. One with a bathtub, shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer, the other with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. The accommodation will be cleaned weekly. This cleaning includes the change of bed linen and towels. Personal hygiene products are not provided. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years on will be charged with the normal price. A cot and a high chair will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Smoking and pets inside the house are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The German, Spanish and English speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
