The apartment Labaranda is located directly next to the Finca and the Studio Labaranda in Los Llanos, in a quiet environment on the sunny west side of La Palma. The apartment is 65 sqm and has a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a large terrace overlooking Los Llanos. In the garden of the Finca, there are various terraces with seating areas, avocado trees, as well as typical Canary Island plants and shrubs. A barbecue area is available to the tenants. The apartment has double-glazed windows and can accommodate 4 persons.
Locatie
The Finca Labaranda is situated on an 800 sqm large property in Retamar, a district of Los Llanos de Aridane on the sunny west side of La Palma. The city centre can be reached in about 5 minutes by walk. Los Llanos has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and shops. A bus stop can be reached in two minutes by walk, the bus station in about 12 minutes. The beaches can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Buitenfaciliteiten
The garden of the finca is landscaped with avocado trees as well as typical Canarian plants and shrubs and is intended for communal use. Additionally, there are various furnished terraces and a barbecue area. The apartment also has its own private terrace. Access to the finca is through an automatically operated electric gate. Sufficient parking spaces for multiple vehicles are available.

The open and modern living area has a sofa, satellite television, as well as German and Spanish television.

Modern, intergrated kitchen with induction stove (4 hobs), extractor, oven, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer, hand blender, breakfast bar with bar stools and table with 4 chairs.

Overig
The apartment is offered for rent for a minimum duration of three months. The rental price includes the costs for water, electricity, and internet. A deposit of one months' rent is required. Pets are not permitted.
