The apartment Labaranda is located next to the Finca Labaranda and is situated in Los Llanos in a quiet environment on the sunny west side of La Palma. The apartment has 65 sqm of living space and consists of a living-/ sleeping area, a well equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a large terrace with view at Los Llanos. The garden of the Finca offers various terraces with seating areas, avocado trees and is planted with typical canarian plants and shrubs. The possibility to have a barbecue completes the ambience. The apartment has double glazed windows and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop. The Apartment Labaranda is located right next to the Finca Labaranda and the Studio Labaranda.

Location

The Finca Labaranda is situated on a 800 sqm large property in Retamar, a district of Los Llanos de Aridane on the sunny west side of La Palma. The city centre can be reached in about 5 minutes by walk. Los Llanos has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. A bus stop can be reached in two minutes by walk, the bus station in about 12 minutes. The beaches can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Outdoor facilities

The garden of the Finca is planted with avocado trees, typical canarian plants and shrubs and is for common use. Various furnished terraces and a barbecue area are provided to the guests of the house. The garden of the Finca has different terraces with seating areas. Access to the Finca is via an automatic, electrically operated gate. Parking spaces for several vehicles are available.

Bedroom

The combined living-/ sleeping area has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), two bedside tables and a wardrobe. Another double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) is at the gallery upstairs. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

The open and modern living area has a sofa, satellite TV, and Spanish TV.

Kitchen

Modern, intergrated kitchen with induction stove (4 hobs), extractor, oven, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer, hand blender, breakfast bar with bar stools and table with 4 chairs.

Bathroom

Modern bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Children with an age of less than 5 years stay free of charge. An extra cleaning is possible upon request and will be charged on spot. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Check in after 4 pm, check out until 11 am. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed!
