Locatie

The studio Labaranda is situated on an 800 sqm large property in Retamar, a district of Los Llanos de Aridane on the sunny west side of La Palma. The city centre can be reached in about 5 minutes by walk. Los Llanos has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. A bus stop can be reached in two minutes by walk, the bus station in about 12 minutes. The beaches can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Buitenfaciliteiten

The studio has an approximately 40 sqm large, partially covered and furnished terrace. The garden of the Finca Labaranda is planted with avocado trees, typical canarian plants and shrubs and is for common use. Various furnished terraces and a barbecue area are provided to the guests of the house. The garden of the Finca has different terraces with seating areas. Access to the Finca is via an automatic, electrically operated gate. Parking spaces for several vehicles are available.

Woonkamer

The combined living-/ sleeping area has a dining table with two chair, a flat screen with satellite and Spanish TV, a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Keuken

Modern, integrated kitchen with induction stove, extractor, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer and hand blender.

Badkamer

Modern bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

The studio will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. An extra cleaning is possible upon request and will be charged on spot. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Check in after 4 pm, check out until 11 am. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed!
