The Villa is situated in a very quiet environment, surrounded by banana plantations organic cultivation in the southeast of Tazacorte. This in “Bauhaus style” built Villa is located 200 meters above sea level in one of the best climatic zones of La Palma. Tazacorte can be reached in a few minutes by car. There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks, a tourist office, a banana museum, a gym and a public outdoor swimming pool which opens during the summer months. The beach of Tazacorte is about 15 minutes by car.

Buitenfaciliteiten

The outdoor area offers a with tables, chairs, four sun loungers and umbrella furnished terrace, as well as an outside shower and a 2,5 m x 6 m large swimming pool. The possibility to having a barbecue complete the ambiance of the villa.

Slaapkamer

The villa has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a comfortable double bed (150 cm x 190 cm), the other with two twin beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm). Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.

Woonkamer

Open living room with sofa corner, satellite and German television, flat screen, dining table with 6 chairs and access to the terrace.

Keuken

Modern, integrated kitchen with ceramic stove (3 hobs), extractor hood, oven, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle.

Badkamer

The house has two bathrooms with shower.

Overig

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
