The small holiday complex Casa Lila is most convenient located directly in front of the Atlantic Ocean on the west side of the island, protected by the mountains before the trade wind. You can enjoy the winter with the warm temperatures of the Gulf Stream - in summer the freshness of the sea. Casa Victor is a small house with about 35 sqm of living space and has a bedroom, a living room, a shower and a winter garden. Canarian wooden ceilings give the house a special note, added with a nice terrace in a tended garden and a small roof terrace with unrestricted sea view at the Atlantic Ocean. A washing machine, detergents is provided for a one-time fee of 6,- Euro. Guests will get the key at the reception. Internet (W-LAN) is available. The apartment is not suitable for children. The sun deck, accessible to all residents of the holiday complex, has a swimming pool with a size of 8 m x 4 m (130 cm until 160 cm depth), outdoor shower and sun loungers with cushions.
Locatie
Situated in the south of Puerto Naos in an absolutely quiet located holiday complex – the only one in the bay of “Charco Verde”. Charco Verde is in an especially mild climatic zone, just 200 m far from the next natural sand beach. Puerto Naos is 2 km far from Charco Verde and has 2 supermarkets (open from 8 am until 9 pm every day), a pharmacy, different restaurants and a German bakery. A bus stop is located at the opposite at entrance of the houses. If you want to jog in the morning, take the paved footpath to Puerto Naos.

Buitenfaciliteiten
Beautiful tended garden with large palm trees, terrace and winter garden. It is only 200 meters far from the well-tended beach of Charco Verde with lifeguard (Red Cross), which you can reach by walk on a wide promenade. Locals preferred this beach because of its water quality. Furnished terrace and roof terrace. The sun deck, accessible to all residents of the holiday complex, has a swimming pool with a size of 8 m x 4 m (130 cm until 160 cm depth), outdoor shower and sun loungers with cushions.

Laundry and cleaning: Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost Pets: Pets are not allowed. It is not allowed to feed free-range animals like cats and dogs and accustoming them to the holiday accommodation. Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 11 am

Ich hatte einen kurzen wunderschönen Urlaub im Casa Victor. Besonders gefallen hat mir der schöne Garten, in dem ich mittags im Schatten Siesta machen konnte.
Annuleringsvoorwaarden
Bij annulering van het contract zijn de volgende percentages van toepassing op het resterende saldo (exclusief de niet-restitueerbare initiële servicekosten voor boekingsbevestiging):
20% vanaf de sluiting van het contract tot 60 dagen voor aankomst
40% van 59 dagen tot 30 dagen voor aankomst
50% van 29 dagen tot 8 dagen voor aankomst
100% van 7 dagen tot 1 dag voor aankomst en bij no-show
