Casa Lila is the only holiday complex in the bay of “Charco Verde”, absolutely quiet located, situated in the south of Puerto Naos. Casa Lila is most convenient located on the west side of the island, protected by the mountains before the trade wind. You can enjoy the winter with the warm temperatures of the Gulf Stream - in summer the freshness of the sea. Apartment Herbert has a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and an integrated kitchen with dishwasher. Living, eating and cooking on 35 sqm. The 10 sqm big winter garden give more light, space and comfort. Canarian wooden ceilings and some furniture in canary style, mixed with a white kitchen give the apartment a special charm. A washing machine, detergents is provided for a one-time fee of 6,- Euro. Guests will get the key at the reception. Internet (W-LAN) is available. The apartment is not suitable for children. The sun deck, accessible to all residents of the holiday complex, has a swimming pool with a size of 8 m x 4 m (130 cm until 160 cm depth), outdoor shower and sun loungers with cushions.
Locatie
Situated in the south of Puerto Naos in an absolutely quiet located holiday complex – the only one in the bay of “Charco Verde”. Charco Verde is in an especially mild climatic zone, just 200 m far from the next natural sand beach. Puerto Naos is 2 km far from Charco Verde and has 2 supermarkets (open from 8 am until 9 pm every day), a pharmacy, different restaurants and a German bakery. A bus stop is located at the opposite at entrance of the houses. If you want to jog in the morning, take the paved footpath to Puerto Naos.

Beautiful tended garden with large palm trees, terrace and winter garden. It is only 200 meters far from the well-tended beach of Charco Verde with lifeguard (Red Cross), which you can reach by walk on a wide promenade. Locals preferred this beach because of its water quality. Furnished terrace and roof terrace. The sun deck, accessible to all residents of the holiday complex, has a swimming pool with a size of 8 m x 4 m (130 cm until 160 cm depth), outdoor shower and sun loungers with cushions.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Lila, Apartment Herbert war super. Die Verwalterin Frau Prechtl hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und war auch während des gesamten Aufenthalts jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Apartment ist wirklich schön und gut eingerichtet, die Lage traumhaft. Die ebenfalls sehr freundliche Dame vom Reinigungsservice hat sich nicht nur gut um die Sauberkeit gekümmert, sondern uns auch noch mit frischen Eiern ihrer eigenen Hühner versorgt. Vielen Dank für alles.
