The holiday house Karin is situated in favourable location on the west of the island. The small holiday complex Villa Marta y Carlos is close to the Atlantic Ocean and is protected by the mountains before the trade wind. You can enjoy the winter with the warm temperatures of the Gulf Stream - in summer the freshness of the sea. Casa Karin is a small holiday house and consists with a bedroom, a living room with integrated kitchen and dining table, a bathroom with shower and a furnished terrace. In the living room a bed can be provided for the third person. Canarian wooden ceilings give the apartment a special charm, an air-conditioning system cools at high temperatures. A washing machine, detergents is provided for a one-time fee of 6,- Euro. Guests will get the key at the reception. Internet (W-LAN) is available. The apartment is not suitable for children. The sun deck, accessible to all residents of the holiday complex, has a swimming pool with a size of 8 m x 4 m (130 cm until 160 cm depth), outdoor shower and sun loungers with cushions.
Locatie
Situated in the south of Puerto Naos in an absolutely quiet located holiday complex – the only one in the bay of “Charco Verde”. Charco Verde is in an especially mild climatic zone, just 200 m far from the next natural sand beach. Puerto Naos is 2 km far from Charco Verde and has 2 supermarkets (open from 8 am until 9 pm every day), a pharmacy, different restaurants and a German bakery. A bus stop is located at the opposite at entrance of the houses. If you want to jog in the morning, take the paved footpath to Puerto Naos.
Uitzicht
Guests have view at the tropical garden and the mountains. From the own roof terrace guests have panoramic view at the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.

The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with large palm trees. In front of the apartment is a terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers with cushions, another small roof terrace offers a beautiful view at the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. The house is surrounded by a big garden, which borders on the coast and on the access road to the holiday complex. A barbecue is provided. The sun deck, accessible to all residents of the holiday complex, has a swimming pool with a size of 8 m x 4 m (130 cm until 160 cm depth), outdoor shower and sun loungers with cushions.

Laundry and cleaning: Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost Pets: Pets are not allowed. It is not allowed to feed free-range animals like cats and dogs and accustoming them to the holiday accommodation. Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 11 am

Sehr geehrtes La Palma Team 24! Ich und eine Teilnehmerin bei unserem Retreat in La Palma teilten uns einen Bungalow mit Terasse. Wir hatten beide getrennte Zimmer, es gab eine Küche mit allen Utensilien, die man zum Kochen braucht und Kaffeemaschine, Wohnzimmer, Eßecke, Dusche, WC, Föhn und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Es war sauber und angenehm kühl. Der Gemeinschafts Pool war auch sauber. Es gab noch eine gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine und einen Trockner bei Bedarf. Und wir hatten einen extra, direkten Zugang zum Strand. Ich finde, Preis Leistung hat gepasst. Ich würde wieder dort Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank.

Sehr gepflegte kleine, persönliche Anlage in kanarischem Stil, netter Empfang. Strand in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Pool sehr gepflegt. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf Wunsch Wäschewechsel. Nächster Supermarkt in Tazacorte, da Puerto Naos noch geschlossen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind gut ausgestattet,sehr gemütlich und sauber eingerichtet. Auch die Umgebung im privaten Bereich und Garten sind sehr liebevoll gepflegt und dienen zur Ruhe und Erholung. Negativ: WLAN ist überhaupt nicht zu gebrauchen, sehr schwach und manchmal überhaupt kein Empfang. Selbst das versenden von Fotos wurde da schon zum Problem. Auch die Brötchen vom Service haben uns nicht wirklich geschmeckt. Ist aber Geschmackssache. Einmal probieren und dann selbst entscheiden, so haben wir es gemacht. Fazit: Auf Grund der zwar abgeschiedenen aber wunderschönen direkten Lage am Meer und der tollen Anlage mit Aussicht auf die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen wollen.
