Locatie

The holiday house Casa Tanausu is situated in a quiet environment in the upper part of La Laguna on the west side of La Palma. The center of the village and two restaurants are reachable in 10 minutes by walk. There is a pizzeria, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank and a bus stop. The beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte are reachable in 10 minutes by car.

Buitenfaciliteiten

In front of the house is a partially covered, furnished terrace. The lovingly designed outdoor area has a garden with palm trees and ornamental plants, a lawn and historic threshing area. The possibility to have a barbecue completes the ambience of this holiday house. A parking space is directly at the accommodation.

Slaapkamer

The house has a bedroom with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm, spring core mattresses) which are arranged as a double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps and wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Woonkamer

One house has a living room with a corner sofa bed, a sofa and a coffee table. Another living room with a sofa, a dining table with four chairs and German TV and Spanish TV is situated in the second house.

Keuken

The open, well equipped kitchen has a gas stove with four flames, a water kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.

Badkamer

The house has a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed every 14 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
